Website to be updated
Sensei Louis Rossi

The login system will be up and running anytime now. Things just need to be configured on our hosting account.

We will need beta testers, I'm sure a ton of you will want to setup an account as soon as possible.

see you at the dojo

Student login update
Sensei Louis Rossi

The login page is finished and we're working on the last fine details.

The curriculum page as you know will have an explanation of each belts curriculum. We're working on adding a quick 10-30 second video explaining each basic in detail.

Also, we've added a feature preventing lower belts from accessing higher level curriculum. Blue belts will have access from white to blue. Black belts will have full access to the curriculum page.

You'll be able to update your rank in the login page and an image of your belt will be displayed beside your name when you post or comment.

The discussion board is a personalized board for BMS Karate.

Anyone can post in the board who is a member of the school. Senseis can add, delete or edit all posts.

When updating your rank (After gradings) please allow the moderators some time to accept your request. The change doesn't happen right away to prevent students from giving themselves any rank they want.

All kata and basic videos will be embedded into the curriculum page for better practice.

Keep posted!

Dojo Creed (JKA Dojo Kun)
Sensei Louis Rossi

The Five Dojo Kun
Senior instructors at the JKA developed the Five Dojo Kun, which every-
one studying at the JKA commits to memory. With each practice session
at the dojo, students kneel in the seiza position and repeat these five precepts out loud. This process reminds students of the right attitude, frame of mind and virtues to strive for both within the dojo, and outside.
