Our Programs

Pre-Karate

Our Pre-Karate program is designed for students ages 3-6 and offers a fun, safe environment for students to learn the very basics of karate. This program helps develop Focus, listening skills, self control, coordination, balance and large motor skills. Our Stripe and belt ranking system helps students understand goals and how to achieve them through hard work and dedication. The children in this class will soon be prepared for future advancement to a more challenging, technically advanced children's karate program.

Beginner Program

Any person of any age who has none, or very little past martial arts experience will begin in this program. At White belt, students are shown the very basic and fundamentals of Martial Arts training, from the bowing to the kiai, our students learn what it takes to become a true martial artist.

Intermediate program

Our Intermediate program is a more challenging, technically advanced program for students who graduated from our Beginner Program. With enforced teachings on Respect, Discipline, Confidence, Self-control and other important life skills, we focus on moving forward to a future in the Advanced level program.

This program includes:

  1. Red uniform with printed/embroidered crest
  2. All belts in intermediate level included
  3. Unlimited Intermediate training
  4. Examination and Striping fees included
  5. All Special events and seminars
  6. Introduction to Weapons training
  7. 10% Discount on all items in the Pro Shop
  8. Complete Sparring Equipment Package
  9. BMS Karate Gym Bag

Advanced Program

Goal setting and learning to persevere are important lessons learned in our BMS Karate Programs. Those who graduate from our Intermediate level are now ready to be challenged in our highest level program.

This program includes:

  1. Black Uniform with Embroidered crest
  2. All belts in advanced level
  3. Embroidered Black belt when achieved
  4. Unlimited Master level training
  5. Examinations and Striping fees included
  6. Special guest instructor classes and seminars included
  7. Masters Weapon package (Bo staff, Sai, Tonfa)
  8. 20% discount on all items in the Pro Shop
  9. 3 Special Friends and Family Gift Cards
  10. Eligibility for Nidan, Sandan, Yondan level and Beyond

Cardio & Kickboxing

Our Special high energy, heart pumping, kicking and punching cardio/kickboxing workout will bring out the best in everyone. Health and Fitness are very important to us. We will help you burn fat, gain strength and flexibility with our full body exercises and give a much needed relief from stress. Get fit and have fun while our qualified fitness instructors guide and motivate you to give it your all!
